Add into a food processor and puree until smooth

  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted

  • 1 cup coconut milk (from can, full fat)

  • 1/4 raw honey

  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 4-6 hours before eating.

walnut zucchini bread

In a large bow, mix together

  • 2.5 cups all purpose flour (GF or spelt)

  • 1 cup raw sugar

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • .5 tsp ground cloves

  • .5 tsp salt

In a separate bowl mix:

  • 1 cup avocado oil

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tbsp vanilla

  • 2 cups grated zucchini

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

  • 2 tbsp grated orange rind

Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined, divide into 2 bread loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes
